The Arizona Chapter of the Maintenance Superintendents Association (AZMSA) is proud to host a variety of impactful events that bring our public works professionals together. Our premier event, the Tom Sheetz/Conrad Ramon Memorial Roadeo, is a world-class competition where members put their skills to the test in events like backhoe operation, crack sealing, patching, and more—all in a fun, high-energy environment featuring great food, giveaways, and awards.

In addition to the Roadeo, we host an annual golf tournament, monthly chapter meetings, and a range of trainings and vendor-supported events throughout the year. These gatherings offer hands-on learning, professional development, and a strong sense of community among Arizona’s public works leaders

AZMSA Pavement Preservation Tech Day & Equipment Show – Overview

April 16th, 2026- Mesa Facility Yard- 6935 E Decatur St. Mesa, AZ 8am-11am

This event is dedicated to connecting our members with the latest innovations in pavement preservation—featuring cutting-edge products, real-world applications, and industry-leading equipment.
It provides a hands-on opportunity for municipal professionals to explore solutions that enhance performance, extend pavement life, and improve efficiency in their maintenance programs.
At the same time, our valued vendor partners will have the opportunity to showcase their newest technologies and demonstrate how their solutions can support the evolving needs of our agencies.
AZMSA remains committed to equipping our members with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to stay ahead in pavement preservation and deliver successful, cost-effective programs.
VENDOR SETUP: Vendors can come as early as 6:30am to stage equipment and prepare for live demonstrations. If additional preparation is required for your demonstration, please contact us. Vendor demonstrations will be limited to 15 minutes, each. We will do our best to accomodate your needs.
VENDORS & DEMO PARTICIPANTS PLEASE READ: In addition to registering all your attendees through Eventbrite, you must fill out the form below if you would like to demonstrate a product, or showcase equipment. We need this information to organize space and scheduling.
