Join us for the Annual AZMSA Roadeo, where public works professionals from across Arizona come together for a day of friendly competition, great food, networking, and camaraderie. Whether you’re competing, cheering on your team, or simply joining us for the day, we look forward to another great Roadeo!

Important Event Information

Arrival & Check-in

Vendors can setup as early as 6am. Registration for all other attendees begins at 7am. Please present your QR code for faster check in.

Parking & Access

Parking is located outside the East Gate. Vendors are free to bring their vehicles through the gate for unloading booth setup/equipment and proceed to park outside the gate in designated parking area.

Lunch & Refreshments

Coffee & donuts will be provided upon arrival, lunch will include steak and sides. Water and soft drinks will be available throughout the event.

Parking is located outside the East Gate. Vendors are free to bring their vehicles through the gate for unloading booth setup/equipment and proceed to park outside the gate in designated parking area.
Attendees: enter through the East Gate at the driveway just south of Gilbert Archery, turning into the Public Works facility. Vehicle parking is in the lot immediately northwest of the East Gate. Vendors may drive through the East Gate to unload booth materials and equipment, then move their vehicles to the designated parking lot outside the gate.
